It is a blend of sweet dark cherry and mission fig balsamic vinegars with a dash of cardamom spice.  Oak-cask aged for at least 18 months.  Made in California.

Serving Suggestions:

• Goes great with all holiday feast dinners:  add a balsamic reduction to your Thanksgiving Feast, instead of gravy.
• Add a few drops on ginger bread or other holiday treats.
