Sweet, rich blackberries are reduced down and mixed in with our Classic Balsamic Vinegar and a generous measure of pure vanilla. This vinegar benefits from age, and is best used at least a year after the bottle date.  Oak-cask aged for at least 18 months.  4.5% acidity.  Made in California.

 

Serving Suggestions:

  • Try a tablespoon on your oatmeal (topped with a dash of cinnamon!) in the morning for a refreshing, flavorful breakfast!
  • Generously splash this vinegar on your baby spinach salad.  Toss in fresh blackberries, strawberries, and blueberries; goat cheese; and coarsely chopped almonds for color and texture.
  • Top your berries and ice cream with a balsamic reduction.
