Fresh Mountain figs are reduced to a black syrupy goo and then added to our classic balsamic vinegar. Oak-cask aged for at least 18 months. 4.5% acidity. Made in California.
Serving Suggestions:
- Generously drizzle on red, ripe heirloom tomatoes
- Marinate a fine filet mignon
- Boil down to a reduction to a syrup, then splash some over fresh berries and ice cream
