A full flavored vinegar that can hold its own with most of Modena’s favorites. Cabernet and Zinfandel grapes are boiled down and aged in small barrels with local woods and herbs to produce a unique Balsamic-style vinegar. A little bit goes a long way! Oak-cask aged for at least 18 months. 5.9% acidity. Made in California.
Suggested Servings:
- Enjoy with gusto with a splash on ripe tomatoes and mozzarella cheese drizzled with one of the infused olive oils.
- Sparingly splash this vinegar on your baby spinach salad. Toss in fresh strawberries; goat cheese; thinly sliced red onion to taste, and candied walnuts for color and texture.
