Exciting News! This afternoon (Bright Saturday, April 25, 2020), our good friend Sergei Moroz installed our new Store sign.

HOURS OF OPERATION:
Tuesday through Friday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Tuesday through Saturday closed for lunch 12:45 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Closed on Mondays, on Great Feast Days, and on select Holy Days
We offer free local delivery upon request.

IDENTIFICATION OF PARTIES
“Customer” means private individuals, retailers, churches, and/or monasteries.
“Our Monastery” means Holy Assumption Monastery.
“Shipper” means third-party common carrier. For example, U.S. Postal Service, UPS, or Federal Express.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All sales are final. Sorry, no returns or exchanges. Exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
DOMESTIC PAYMENTS AND SHIPMENTS
Our Monastery reserves the right to require receipt of payment, in full or in part, prior to shipment.
The Customer may select any Shipper for delivery to your destination. In the absence of identification of the Customer's Shipper choice, Our Monastery will select the best-value Shipper for your area and may purchase additional insurance depending on the value of the items being shipped. All shipping costs and addtional insurance are borne by the Customer.
The Customer assumes all risk of your shipment in the event your package is lost, damaged, or stolen. If a carton arrives damaged (e.g., the outer packaging is crushed, broken, or torn), the Customer should refuse shipment. If upon opening the outer packaging an item is received damaged, the Customer must report it immediately to the Shipper. Packaging material must be retained for inspection by the Shipper. Credit or replacement will be at the discretion of Our Monastery, pending outcome of the Shipper’s investigation.
Exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
WHOLESALE PRICES AND QUANTITY DISCOUNTS
Wholesale pricing and quantity discounts are available on select products and are available to both domestic and international retailers, churches and monasteries. Please contact our Store Manager for more information.
California retailers please provide your valid California Seller’s Permit number at the time of order placement in order to be exempt from paying California sales tax. Based on the recommendation of the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA.ca.gov), Our Monastery will confirm the permit number validity prior to filling your order.
INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS AND SHIPMENTS
Payments are to be made in United States Dollars (USD).
Our Monastery gratefully accepts payment in full in advance via PayPal (paypal.com) by using our PayPal email address which will be identified on the invoice. Usually, the Customer is not required to have a PayPal account in order to provide payment.
Actual transit time varies by destination.
The Customer may select any Shipper for delivery to your destination. In the absence of identification of the Customer's Shipper choice, Our Monastery will select the best-value Shipper for your area and may purchase additional insurance depending on the value of the items being shipped. All shipping costs and addtional insurance are borne by the Customer.
The Customer bears the burden to provide any and all Customs documentation, payment(s)/fee(s), and/or other related activities required by your country. Our Monastery will prepare and provide the required documentation to ship the item from the U.S.A. to your country.
The Customer assumes all risk of your shipment in the event your package is lost, damaged, or stolen. Meaning, there will be no replacement of the item and/or no reimbursement of payment. Our Monastery will provide you with the tracking number, if it is available.
Exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
